Andy Volkert served as the 2023 MTC Tournament Director and will also be the 2025 MTC Tournament Director.
Andy serves as a board member for the Milwaukee Tennis Classic. He is the founder (2012) and CEO of Volkert Investment Management, Inc. which is a niche investment company serving high net worth individuals. He is the former Director of Tennis at prestigious Country Clubs in Rancho Santa Fe, California (Fairbanks Ranch Country Club, Whispering Palms Country Club). He was a scholarship intercollegiate tennis player at San Diego State University (1980-83).
Erin Becherer
Associate Tournament Director
Erin serves as an MTC board member and has managed player recruitment since 2023. Erin is an alumni of the Marquette University women’s tennis team (2012-2016).
Carlos Ruiz
Associate Tournament Director
Carlos serves as an MTC board member and has managed tournament operations for several years. He is a coach for the Marquette University High School gold boys tennis team. Carlos is retired from a successful career in health care management and resides in West Bend, Wisconsin with his wife Linda.
